We're already half way through 2025 and as I write this the rain has just stopped, the sun is warming up the air and plants are growing like crazy!
Growth has been the focus here too at Rubies & Roses! We have been working hard to grow our social media following, grow our product lines, grow sales and grow the Rubies & Roses brand! The Curated Store, Stow-on-the-Wold in April kicked off the process - what a great platform to launch a business and enable customers to see our beautiful products in real life.
This was followed up by 3 days at The Wealden Times Mid Summer Fair in Kent. We are very grateful for the fabulous organisers for having us and we were thrilled to meet so many lovely customers and enjoy the warm Kent hospitality and beautiful countryside.
The universally popular Classic Collection continues to grow with the introduction of the Anja Hoop and Chunky Oval Drop earrings and look out for new necklaces and Botanical Collection earrings online soon. The cosmetic bags and linen bags were a great hit in Kent and now come in a new style and 2 new gorgeous patterns.
Of course selling is only one side of the story. Back in South Africa, hard working artisans are designing, beading, sewing and creating unique and exquisite jewellery, cosmetic bags, linen bags and baskets for us to enjoy. Supporting Rubies & Roses is enabling ethical craftmanship, creativity and communities to grow and thrive.
